The restaurant offers a clean and comfortable atmosphere, enhancing the overall dining experience. Customers appreciate the freshness and quality of the ingredients, particularly the meats and vegetables, though some suggest expanding the selection of seafood and vegetables to better reflect the coastal location. Haidilao is famous for its service as always, they really care about their customers. Very satisfied with both servive and the food. We came here for a midnight dinner, so no nails service and others but we still enjoyed the time being here a lot.
Have dinner with my husband and daughter at Haidilao Busan during our Korea trip. Food is good and fresh. It will be great if there are more vegetables and seafood selections :) Busan is near the coastal area, so we thought there should be more seafood available. A variety of tofu selections, if you like tofu. We were served by Ms Son Ye Gin. A very pleasant and young lady. She is able to converse in some English and Mandarin. She provided additional service by taking instant photo for our keepsake. Ms Son also gave my daughter a beautiful tomato bag and . Thank you very much, Ms Son! In addition, the pretty lady at the cashier who can speak very fluent Mandarin gave a keychain n a few packets of crackers to my girl, too! Thank you! My daughter loves dining at Haidilao and her gifts
Authentic chinese hotpot. Very good quality meats and vegetables. Their service is surprisingly really good, i did not expect that from a chinese restaurant. Very clean atmosphere. The only down side is the price, it is pretty expansive.
I'm American, and these guys took such good care of me. Made sure I knew what I was ordering and genuinely made me feel great
I liked the cheerful atmosphere of this restaurant. Tomato soup contains raw tomatoes, so it was flavorful. I recommend handmade noodles. All staffs were nice and friendly. It's expensive, but the service is good, so I visit every time.
Stumbled across this place while exploring Busan chinatown, and was not disappointed. The staff were all amazing, and were so welcoming. Nayoung was our server and she was so great. Staff were attentive and filled our waters, explained all the sauces, and spoke English. The food was very tasty, be careful with the spicy soups though!
I went to eat at Haidilao because there's a collaboration event with WayV haha. Eventhough it's quite expensive for me (60000 won) but the taste is so good. All the staffs are kind, nice, and friendly. You can get nail arts for free while waiting. Overall excellent service
